For the moment the best help with the most general advice in different fields seems to he the Healthy Living List in alphabetical order with Keywords to search on. Red color for disturbing facts and Green for hopefully helpful advice
The second best help are all the common NWO poisons to avoid but many of us don't want to read about poisons at all.
