SPECIFIC ABOUT BEING TIRED:

It is very important to rule out any other disorder that might explain being very tired. Consult a real doctor. An allopathic doctor normally has very difficult to make a diagnosis about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome etc. but at least he/she can normally rule out many other reasons for being tired. 

Temporary intense tiredness can be that we eat too much Carbohydrates making the the blood glucose levels go roller coaster. If we are very tired and very hungry at the same time or want to eat very often or have a craving for sweet things when we are tired, this could be the reason. 


If somebody is told by an allopathic doctor that your tiredness is due to psychological problems, "it's all in your mind etc." or that they don't know what it is" and that "they have no cure", or that "there is no cure", or that different doctors come up with different diagnoses  the chance is greater that it can really be Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. At least if one is to judge from my sources of information. But I am not a doctor. 

Chronic Fatigue syndrome is discussed by many natural doctors in an extensive article from Gary Nulls site. Symptoms: Exhaustion together with one or more of Flu, Sleep disturbances, memory difficulties, inability to read complex material, sore throats, tender lymph nodes and often fevers and chills.

When it comes to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome it seems that the combination of many poisons in food and water combined with lack of minerals, vitamins, oils and enzymes in modern food can lead to that the body succumbs to even weak viruses and perhaps fungus. Our Immunity Defense becomes less efficient. 


Of course there can be many reasons for being tired. One could be a virus like Epstein-Barr in combination with one or many of the poisons mentioned on this web page. Let a real doctor rule out any obvious reason. Epstein-Barr infection is never obvious since almost everyone has this virus. This is the kind of virus that perhaps can become activated then the body has low Immunity defense.

Or it could be allergy against Gluten found in flour especially wheat or most kinds of bread. It could be allergy to pasteurized milk. It could be leaky gut. It could be that we are used to eat too much carbohydrates which increases insulin levels fast which lowers the glucose levels in the blood below comfortable levels for muscles and brain. Low glucose also results in less cholesterol which is needed for brain and the body's manufacturing of hormones.


According Stephen E Langer M.D. a common hidden illness in today's society is to be hypothyroid. He states that perhaps over 40% in USA today has this hormon-deficiency even if blood tests indicate something else. The symptoms can be Weakness, dry coarse skin, lethargy, slow speech, swelling of face and eyelids, coldness and cold skin, pale skin, constipation, gain in weight, loss of hair, labored difficult breathing, swollen feet, hoarseness, loss of appetite, excessive and/or painful menstruation, nervousness, heart palpitation, brittle nails, slow movement, poor memory, emotional instability, depression and Headaches. Even if the blood tests show a high enough thyroid hormone level in the blood the uptake of the hormone might not be efficient enough. 

What to do: Always discuss diagnoses and treatments with a real doctor. Put a fever thermometer near your bed before going to sleep. If your sleep has been long enough and good enough take your armpit temperature as soon as you wake up. 10 minutes not less, not more. If your temperature is between 97.8 and 98.2 degrees Fahrenheit everything is all right. Repeat the test a few mornings. If the temperature is low contact a real doctor but not until you have studied. The cure is very simple and very cheap. Study the book "Solved: The Riddle of Illness", by Stephen E.
