HEALTH,
SKIN:
|
- The
following information is taken mainly from Books, Health magazines,
Internet
and Newspaper articles.
- It is not always verified information but a
base, a beginning, for your own studies. Nowadays one has to make one's
own studies. We seldom get this kind of information from authorities
any longer.
- It is up to each and everyone to make up their
own mind if they want to believe it or not.
- This is what I believe could be true. I can
make errors small or big.
- I am not a doctor and the
advice
below does not replace professional medical treatment in any way.
- Anybody
who has a serious disease ought to start to study about his/her disease
especially alternative methods. The alternative methods aim to make the
body heal itself with God's help.
- Not just take away the symptoms
only,
like very often with Allopathic medicine.
- But always discuss treatments
with
a real doctor, natural or allopathic, preferably both kinds of doctors.
- All
cures work best with a healthy lifestyle in
general eating much raw fresh organic vegetables and some fruits,
enough exercise, detoxification when needed, enough rest, fresh air,
avoid toxins in food, drinks and environment and minimize stress.

Vitamin B2 (6), Vitamin B3 (8), Vitamin B6 (6) and most probably most
superfoods since they contain many beneficient substances for the whole
body.
|
The worst poisons for Skin in general (sometimes):
The
body's reactions can be very individual. Only Allah (= Our common one single
God and Creator) knows exactly what all the different nutrients are in
plants etc. and what final effect they and different toxins have. It
could be a good idea to make an honest attempt to minimize toxins or even begin a detox so
that good nutrients can have a better effect. Vitamins, Enzymes and Minerals work together, never alone.
Also see the Good and Bad Columns below.

Milk,
Fried Foods including snack chips, Pharmaceuticals, Processed foods

Avoid
plastic bottles in favor of glass bottles. Especially if you don't know
if the plastic is BPA free
Corexit

Problems with bad bacteria in the gut can lead to many symptoms
including bad skin.

4
ways Pasteurized Milk causes Acne
Hyperglycemic
food and Pasteurized Milk is especially important to avoid
Poor Diet high on sugar and carbohydrates
Simple
carbohydrates like candy, sody, baked foods. Be especially careful with
high fructose corn syrup common in sodas and processed foods
Stress
The prescription drug Accutane against Acne (=Isotretinoin, Claravis,
Sotret, Amnesteem) is highly toxic and causes typically: Depression,
Suicide, Inflammatory Bowel disease, guranteed 100% birth defects if
taken by pregnant woman as well as increased level of triglycerides and
cholesterol in blood, headaches, brain swelling, damage to skin,
pancreatitis, increased livery enzyme levels and liver damage, disturbs
central nervous system, Hyperostosis, eye damage including cataracts,
heart attacks and stroke, erectile dysfunction, seizures, neutropenia,
agranaulocytosis, hearing imparment and allergic vasculitis, Read more...
Antibiotics against acne often has side effects like:
- Erythromycin can cause damage to teeth or skeleton
- Doxycycline can cause photosensitivity
- Minocycline
can give pigment deposition in skin, mucous membranes and teet,
sometimes even autoimmune hepatitis and serum sickness-like reactions
- All oral antibiotics can cause vaginal candidiasis
Gluten for some people
Gluten is prime suspect if you have Rosacea a condition similar to acne
Unfortunately too much Iodine can aggravate Acne. I write unfortunately since it is needed against Radiation damage.
However we don't know if Iodine fortified feed for cows has the
metallic kind of Iodine and not the organic kind as grass fed cows get
naturally from grass. Probably organic Iodine does not cause or
aggravate Acne, but that is my personal guess. Pasteurized milk
contains the metallic kind even it is called organic milk since
pasteurization heats up the milk to make minerals metallic and
therefore less healthy and less available to the body.

Cleaning with Tea Tree Oil mixed with Calendula and St. Johns Wort
Skin repairing gel with Tee Tree Oil and
Myrrh and Echinacea and Chamomile,
6-8 glasses of absolutely clean Water per day.
If acne because of
hormonal
imbalance like near menstruation Dong Quai, Chaste Tree and Black
Cohosh
and Evening Primrose oil can help at least for women.
But all these natural treatments
still
can take 6 to 8 weeks before they help.

Article by dr. Mercola: Simple secrets to eliminating Acne for Good
