Special about Menopause
In order for the drug cartel to sell more female hormones Osteoporosis is redefined and symptoms at menopause exaggerated with the help of lobbyists, public relations experts, Dairy Industry and industry spin doctors. 
  1. To have thin bones doesn't need  to mean increased risk of fractures. Half the population in the West have thin bones who never get a fracture. Even more in the East.
  2. Almost everyone over 80 in the West would have Osteoporosis with the new definition. Suddenly tens of millions would have the new disease instead of just one million in the US.
  3. Osteoporosis is not a typical female disease. It has almost nothing to do with estrogen level. If so male patients can hardly be explained by sinking estrogen levels.
  4. Osteoporosis can not be linked to menopause at all.
  5. Osteoporosis is not stopped by estrogen. Patients with Osteoporosis have no difference in hormone levels with people without osteoporosis
  6. Eating much meat during a long time can increase the risk for Osteoporosis. Bones get stronger by much exercise, especially lifting and by eating vegetables.
  7. Eating Calcium, taking Calcium supplements, especially drinking milk does not influence the occurrence of Osteoporosis. In any case milk is not a good source of Calcium. Leafy dark green organic vegetables are the best. Countries with a high calcium intake from Dairy products like Sweden and Finland have more cases of Osteoporosis than countries with a low Calcium intake like in Asia. Black South African women who have a low calcium intake in their daily diet have only 5% of the fracture rate of white women.
  8. Inorganic Milk can be linked to many allergies and digestive troubles. Asthma, eczema, irritable bowel syndrome, migraine and sinus troubles are just five extremely common disorders that may be linked to milk. There is also a link to cancer of the ovary and  breast cancer from inorganic dairy products. Inorganic Milk also can have too high levels of female hormones, antibiotics and perhaps the substance that gives mad cow disease.
  9. What the women really lack after menopause is Progesterone, not estrogen. Menopause only means that estrogen production in the body goes down to around 40%. Progesterone almost disappears.  Eating both or one of them continuously creates a hormonal imbalance that is worse than what it is supposed to cure.   10. The following is from part 1 of Sherrill Sellman's Hormone Heresy What Women Must Know About Their Hormones
    1. "All the hormones released during the menstrual cycle are secreted not in a constant, steady way but at dramatically different rates during different parts of the 28-day cycle. 

      For the first eight to 11 days of the menstrual cycle, a woman's ovaries make lots of estrogen. estrogen prepares the follicles for the release of one of the eggs. It is estrogen which proliferates the changes that take place at puberty: the growth of breasts, the development of the reproductive system and the shape of a woman's body. 

      The rate of estrogen secretion begins to fall off on about day 13, one day before ovulation occurs. As estrogen falls, progesterone begins to rise, stimulating very rapid growth of the follicle. Beginning with this secretion of progesterone, ovulation occurs too. After the egg has been released from the follicle (known as the luteal stage of a woman's cycle), the follicle begins to change, enlarging and becoming a unique organ known as the corpus luteum. Progesterone is secreted from the corpus luteum, this tiny organ with a huge capacity for hormone production. The surge of progesterone at the time of ovulation is the source of libido-not estrogen, as is commonly believed. 

      After 10 or 12 days, if fertilization does not occur, ovarian production of progesterone falls dramatically. It is this sudden decline in progesterone levels that triggers the shedding of the secretory endometrium (the menses), leading to a renewal of the entire menstrual cycle."

  11. Sherrill  Sellman who is the author of "Hormone Heresy What Women Must Know About Their Hormones,"  shows among many other things how women using estrogen for seven years or more were 14 times as likely to develop endometrial cancer.
  12. estrogen therapy has also been linked to breast cancer, cancer of the ovary, diabetes, high blood-pressure, cardiovascular disease, liver diseases and gall bladder problems.
  13. HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) increases incidence of breast cancer with 10% for each year HRT is used.
  14. If women take good care of themselves during the pre-menopausal years with proper lifestyle, diet and attention to emotional health, other body sites such as the adrenal glands, skin, muscle, brain, pineal gland, hair follicles and body fat are capable of making the same hormones, enabling the the female body to make healthy adjustments in hormonal balance also after menopause.
  15. Oral contraceptive pills were never proven to be safe. Heart attacks and strokes lead to a newer supposedly safer pill in the mid 1970:ies, but the safety has never been proven. Among other things leading to emotional disorders and physiological dysfunctions.
  16. Taking estrogen can lead to among other: increased risk of endometrial cancer, increased body fat, salt and fluid retention, depression and headaches, impaired blood-sugar control (hypoglycemia), loss of Zinc and retention of Copper, reduced oxygen levels in all cells, thickened bile and promoted gall bladder disease, increased likelihood of breast fibrocysts and uterine fibroids, interference with thyroid activity, decreased sex drive, excessive blood-clotting, reduced vascular tone, endometriosis, uterine cramping, infertility, and restraint of osteoclast function.
  17. It is Progesterone that stimulates new bone tissue, not estrogen.. It is Progesterone that is that is capable of reversing Osteoporosis at any age. Natural progesterone increases libido, prevents cancer of the womb, protects against fibrocystic breast disease, helps protect against breast cancer, maintains the uterus lining, hydrates and oxygenates the skin, reverses facial hair growth and hair thinning, acts as a natural diuretic, helps eliminate depression and increase a sense of well-being, encourages fat-burning and the use of stored energy, normalizes blood-clotting, and is a precursor to other important stress and sex hormones. Even the two most prevalent menopausal symptoms-hot flushes and vaginal dryness-quickly disappear with applications of natural progesterone.
  18. Progestine (Synthetic) has a lot of side effects.  A partial list includes headaches, depression, fluid retention, increased risk of birth defects and early abortion, liver dysfunction, breast tenderness, breakthrough bleeding, acne, hirsutism (hair growth), insomnia, edema, weight changes, pulmonary embolism and premenstrual-like syndrome. Inhibits natural production of Progesterone.
Other diseases, like Asthma, Arthritis and Depression seem also to be redefined in order for the drug cartel to sell more medicine. All according to one article by Vernon Coleman  and from an extract of an article by Sherrill Sellman part 1 and 2 
 
   

What to do: 

  1. There are many natural products available that work with the body instead of against it, like St. Johns Wort, Omega 3, Evening Primrose Oil, Black Cohosh (= Remifemin) etc.
  2. Don't trust the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry or the politicians. Read about your diseases or your problems yourself instead of trusting authorities blindly.
  3. Start following a healthy living diet
    1. Eat dark green leafy vegetables, Strawberries
    2. Avoid tobacco
    3. Reduce Tea coffee and alcohol
    4. Exercise and eat gently
    5. When using salt take only the unrefined seasalt or rock salt, but avoid the reddish tinted rock salt.
    6. Don't diet all the time
    7. Try to get more Vitamin D3 from a combination of a Sulfur rich diet e.g. the raw egg yolk from organic chicken that graze in sunshine fields and enough Sunshine or a sunlamp, tanning salon etc. Don't use sun protection screen if you can avoid it since sunshine protects against Skin Cancer if we have a reasonably good diet.
    8. Avoid soy in all forms especially GMO-Soy but also "normal soy" or even organic soy unless fermented.
