cures work best with a healthy lifestyle in
general eating much raw fresh organic vegetables and some fruits,
enough exercise, detoxification when needed, enough rest, fresh air,
avoid toxins in food, drinks and environment and minimize stress.

body's reactions can be very individual. Only Allah (= Our one single
God and Creator) knows exactly what all the different nutrients are in
plants etc. and what final effect they and different toxins have. It
could be a good idea to make an honest attempt to minimize toxins or even begin a detox so
that good nutrients can have a better effect. Vitamins, Enzymes and Minerals work together, never alone.
