  • Vitamin D. Vitamin D3 is supposed to be the best variety of Vitamin D. The best way: Take a walk in the Sunshine. 10 minutes exposure of skin the size of a palm of your hand makes the body create minimum Vitamin D levels. A 30 minute walk every day should give an extra  dosage of Vitamin D that gives you high protection, God willing. Muslim sisters should contemplate investing in a sunlamp (solar lamp) with suitable eye-protection since they have to cover themselves in public places. Dr. Mercola  prefers to be in sunshine without glasses, (of course not looking straight into the sun).
  • Enough Exercise. The best way: Take a walk in the Sunshine
  • Reduce Stress. The best way: Take a walk in the Sunshine
  • Good organic food. Eat at least 51% of each meal fresh, organic and raw: Generate a healthy appetite and healthy thirst after taking a walk in the Sunshine
  • Drink enough absolutely clean water or Zam Zam water (or water from Lourdes or LLL) or organic very fresh juice: Generate a healthy thirst after taking a walk in the Sunshine.
  • Enough Sleep
  • Eliminate or at least reduce sugar

  • Vitamin C around 1,000 mg a day every single day of your life. Some animals generate Vitamin C in their bodies. Humans don't. Excess Vitamin C is expelled through urine. In the absolute beginning of a cold (flu) when you don't know if you have it or not, but you have an uneasy feeling in your throat etc, take Vitamin C 1 gram = 1,000 mg every hour until the feeling goes away. There is a special sort of Vitamin C that is kind against the stomach, (buffered etc.).
  • Why not also Qi Gong or Yoga
  • Avoid hospitals unless you really have to go there. If you did not have flu when entering the hospital, you might get it from someone in the waiting room etc. H1N1 is not what we should be afraid of. The H1N1 is in 99.8% of all cases very very mild. So mild that a mass vaccination is ridiculous. But make your own decision, I am not a doctor. If it is another Flu I still don't believe in Vaccinations.
  • Stock up a 2-3 week supply of food and absolutely clean water or Zam Zam water (or water from Lourdes or LLL) at home so you don't need to go to hospitals or get helped by trusted unselfish friends.
  • Use natural antibiotics, antivirals, anti fungals like active unpasteurized Manuka Honey, Garlic, Turmeric, Tulsi etc.
  • Check out a product called Allicin-C
  • Avoid places with much people where there is not plenty of fresh air, like shopping complexes, tube-stations, buses etc. (However sometimes we must but we can have face masks)
  • Don't touch your nose, mouth and eyes too often after touching railings in escalators, door handles in public buildings, money etc. Virus don't survive more than a few seconds in air. Only in droplets from sneezing, coughing etc. the virus can survive for a longer time.
  • Probiotics
  • Consider cheap superfoods like kei-chee (wolfsberries)
  • Avoid coming in contact with those who have got Nasal Flu vaccines (Flumist) since they might shed live virus up to 3 weeks after their vaccination.
  • During the 1918 flu certain hospitals not using drugs are supposed to have had a 100% recovery. Important here is to drink much water or juice and to use water enemas.

  • If you already have got a flu, cold etc. it is normally in 99% of all cases a good idea to let the fever run it's course at least when the fever is not very high (over 40 degrees Celsius). Fever is unpleasant but efficient in killing virus, bacteria and even cancer cells. To take Tamiflu, Panadol, Aspirin and similar drugs can give you a few days of pleasant relief with lower fever, but the lower fever might result in a stronger virus or a mutated virus or secondary infections that might give you life threatening pneumonia etc.

  • Article explaining about when fever is good for you and when it is not. Cold packs on vaccination place is important to avoid cytokine storm. Personally I don't think cold packs are enough, but better than nothing. You must try to avoid vaccination at all cost. Compare 1918 in Greece where nobody died since nobody was vaccinated.
  • Dr Rebecca Carley wants nobody to ever ever ever accept any kind of vaccination. It does not matter what they do to us, because if everyone stands for the truth and refuses Vaccinations they just can't succeed.   • Stay away from vaccinations if you can (video 55 min) or at least check out Vaccination links BEFORE your vaccination. If you are a Muslim do Istikhara-prayer if you  come to the conclusion that a vaccination is good for you. If you  think I am a nut case, the choice is yours, but use the Vaccination links first before you make up your mind. Don't tell on dooms day that I never warned you. I could put in big headlines on top of every page, but few would have believed me. To begin to believe in that Vaccinations are bad in general see the David Ayub video. But the video is long almost 2 hours. There is no way to understand this quickly. But Read especially about Squalene.  David Ayub states in a later video that Aluminum is 10 times worse than Mercury. The knowledge does not stand still. However if you have weak nerves or if you have a weak constitution don't read, but let a stronger family member or friend read or see the video. I am not joking but I sincerely hope I am wrong.   • Eat fresh raw garlic that is crushed immediately before swallowing. Pills are useless since the Allicin is then inactive. If you don't crush the fresh raw clove it is not efficient against MRSA

SPECIFIC FOR IMMUNITY:
Vitamin C is found in large quantities in leukocytes (white blood cells). During infections Vitamin C is reduced rapidly and needs to be replenished. Animals in the wild seldom get viral diseases. They produce their own Vitamin C, several grams a day according to researcher prof. Linus Pauling. The human body only produces trace amounts of vitamin C and must get the rest from fruits etc. and/or supplements. If the glucose levels are too high in our blood very much of the Vitamin C is passed out of the body through the urine. We must therefore reduce sugar intake and try to realize the importance of the Zone diet and Atkins diet which aims to reduce carbohydrate intake to an absolute minimum. The human body can make its own carbohydrates from e.g. vegetables. Vitamin C and sugar competes for positioning in our leukocytes. Regular exercise also helps to reduce blood sugar levels. Stored glucose is depleted to a large extent through exercise and/or Zone diet and gives Vitamin C a chance to take its rightful place in our leukocytes. However whatever diet you use always combine with enough of preferably organic vegetables and some preferably organic fruits. 

Imagine to know about the danger of sugar and see sick patients e.g. with Dengue fever (that is a viral infection) being regularly treated in our hospitals with large amounts of drip that is mixed with glucose and salt? Before that they might be given antibiotics that kills the good bacteria in our intestines. This might strike also at bacteria that produce vitamin K which stops bleedings, inner and outer. It can take several weeks for the good bacteria to grow back in our intestines after treatment with antibiotics. Bacteria that helps us to assimilate vitamins and minerals from our food. Once a Dengue patient starts unstoppable or almost unstoppable bleeding they instead give injections of vitamin K.

Fever they try to reduce to nothing or almost nothing even when the patient does not have fever. But fever is part of the body's defense against diseases. Virus and Bacteria die much quicker if we have fever. Of course when somebody has much over 40 for long periods this is dangerous, but why try to stop the relatively mild fevers? Just to make a patient more comfortable, is it not? I am not a doctor and I am not treating patients, I don't take pay. Of course our doctors and staff at hospitals try to give 100% honest good treatments. But unfortunately they are influenced by pharmaceutical companies that definitely has a second agenda. One based on greed.

I just give advice as a self help to people who want to study more themselves. You have to study more yourself while you still can make decisions. It is too late once you are too sick to study in a hospital. If there are laws in the country that we must go to hospital for a serious disease you must probably obey. The most important reason is that we should not spread the disease. But you can try to make the best of the situation by staying away from carbohydrates in all its forms including bread made on refined flours, refined white rice and boiled potatoes and try to drink as much as possible of Zam Zam water (or water from Lourdes or LLL), Sango Coral water, real fresh organic Fruit-juice without sugar etc. Try to eat fresh unboiled vegetables and fruits. All this helps to keep the body fluids alkaline which helps the immunity defense. Try to eat raw unadulterated unsweetened honey. Honey has around 100 antibiotic, anti fungal and antiviral properties. The best is to eat all these things on a regular basis also before we get sick. The sickness might be milder and last a shorter time.

Why not try Turmeric (Nacox or Narcox from Alterni.com or Narcox.com) that has both antiviral and antibacterial properties and help the blood to function better. Why not try natural herbs, mushrooms, garlic that contains organic Germanium that helps the oxygen in the body to be transported and utilized at maximum in the body's cells.

Why not try to help the liver with Milk Thistle and Dandelion.
