HEALTH,
HEART:
|
- The
following information is taken mainly from Books, Health magazines,
Internet
and Newspaper articles.
- It is not always verified information but a
base, a beginning, for your own studies. Nowadays one has to make one's
own studies. We seldom get this kind of information from authorities
any longer.
- It is up to each and everyone to make up their
own mind if they want to believe it or not.
- This is what I believe, but I can make mistakes, big and small
- I am not a doctor and the
advice
below does not replace professional medical treatment in any way.
- Anybody
who has a serious disease ought to start to study about his/her disease
especially alternative methods. The alternative methods aim to make the
body heal itself with God's help.
- Not just take away the symptoms
only,
like very often with Allopathic medicine.
- But always discuss treatments
with
a real doctor, natural or allopathic, preferably both kinds of doctors.
- All
cures work best with a healthy lifestyle in
general eating much raw fresh organic vegetables and some fruits,
enough exercise, detoxification when needed, enough rest, fresh air,
avoid toxins in food, drinks and environment and minimize stress.

Some of the worst poisons for the Heart in general, (sometimes):
The
body's reactions can be very individual. Only Allah (= Our one single
God and Creator) knows exactly what all the different nutrients are in
plants etc. and what final effect they and different toxins have. It
could be a good idea to make an honest attempt to minimize toxins or even begin a detox so
that good nutrients can have a better effect. Vitamins, Enzymes and Minerals work together, never alone.

If you are alone, nobody nearby to help you and you suddenly experience
a heart attack you have perhaps 10 seconds before you lose conscience. What to do:
Try to cough every 2 seconds and breathe hard in between over and over
again. Continue until heart beats normal and your pain goes away or you
get help. The repeated coughing presses the heart to pump blood better
and the repeated breathing helps oxygen intake. (But I am not a doctor).

SPECIFIC FOR HEART:
|
For
heart diseases, stroke and diabetes it is extremely important to
read "VITAMIN
E the Rejuvenation Vitamin ", Author:
Carlson Wade, 1970, Printing: 1970, Award Books, Universal Award House
Inc., 235 East Forty-fifth Street, New York, NY 10017, USA.
Don't start with self medication like Vitamin E
and Gingko Biloba without
first consulting your doctor if you are already on medications! The
amount
of medicines have to be reduced if Vitamin E and/or Gingko Biloba or
other
blood circulation medicines are taken.
As soon as possible when having a heart attack or a stroke, try to
eat or drink something with organic Germanium like Garlic, Ganoderma
mushrooms. The Germanium
in organic form helps the use of oxygen and can speed up recovery
considerably.
If you have clogged arteries that can cause higher blood pressure and
in the long run heart attack or stroke, please try to take at least =
minimum 2 grams = 2,000 mg of fish oil of the best possible quality per
day. It is even better if you take more. In
Malaysia that is among other brands BioLife and Pristine. If you can
combine with a basic good healthy diet with lots of raw organic
vegetables and some raw organic fruits and some basic exercise, the
result would probably be quicker, better and more long lasting.
Krill Oil might be an even better choice than fish oil for Omega 3.
Don't ever take Statins to lower cholesterol. Read what the Weston
Price Foundation writes about Cholesterol lowering drugs. Look it up on
the web. I will return with a link, God willing. In the meanwhile look
it up on the WWW with Google or any other bigger search engine. If you
don't need the information now, search anyway because tomorrow any time
now, it might be forbidden information because of Codex Alimentarius.
That's why I put up this web site. To give people a chance to get this
information before it is too late. A little bit late certainly, but
better late than never.
