HEALTH,
EYES:
|
- The
following information is taken mainly from Books, Health magazines,
Internet
and Newspaper articles.
- It is not always verified information but a
base, a beginning, for your own studies. Nowadays one has to make one's
own studies. We seldom get this kind of information from authorities
any longer.
- It is up to each and everyone to make up their
own mind if they want to believe it or not.
- This is what I believe, but I can mistakes, big or small
- I am not a doctor and the
advice
below does not replace professional medical treatment in any way.
- Anybody
who has a serious disease ought to start to study about his/her disease
especially alternative methods. The alternative methods aim to make the
body heal itself with God's help.
- Not just take away the symptoms
only,
like very often with Allopathic medicine.
- But always discuss treatments
with
a real doctor, natural or allopathic, preferably both kinds of doctors.
- All
cures work best with a healthy lifestyle in
general eating much raw fresh organic vegetables and some fruits,
enough exercise, detoxification when needed, enough rest, fresh air,
avoid toxins in food, drinks and environment and minimize stress.

Some of the best nutrients for the Eyes in general, InsyAllah (= God willing):
Some of the worst poisons for the Eyes in general (sometimes):
The
body's reactions can be very individual. Only Allah (= Our one single
God and Creator) knows exactly what all the different nutrients are in
plants etc. and what final effect they and different toxins have. It
could be a good idea to make an honest attempt to minimize toxins or
even begin a detox so
that good nutrients can have a better effect. Vitamins, Enzymes and
Minerals work together, never alone. Eye problems are often helped with
an efficient detoxification. See the Autism chapter in the Brain Fact
sheet about for examples of detoxification. Also check out the medicine
TA-60 in speech at David Wolfe's web site regarding DNA repairs.

Amalgam
Aspartame
(Nutrasweet, Equal etc. which contains Methanol)
There is supposed to be cases where patients regain eye sight once they stop Aspartame which contains Methanol.
Since Aspartame is a food additive which all around the world is hidden
behind beautiful descriptions like "Lawful and Approved Sweetener" or
just "Lawful and Approved" but without the name of the ingredient, it
could be a good idea to take a no Aspartame test for a couple of
months.
Modern foods including organic processed food can nowadays also
contain "Neotame" which is almost the same as Aspartame but worse than Aspartame according to an article in Farmwars.info
Fluoride
Children are increasingly unfortunately fed Infant Formula (The regular processed type sold in supermarkets based on the mineral blocking non-GMO Soy or the even worse GMO-Soy
and using during manufacturing a process involving the carcinogen
"Hexane". Modern Infant Formula can be as far as I understand a hideous
food even if it nowadays does not contain Melamine any longer). What to do: Give your children Breastfeeding instead or Raw unadulterated not pasteurized milk from Cows grazing grass in sunshine fields without pesticides instead.
Phenol which is common in laundry cleaning detergents and all-purpose cleaners
SLS or SLES in cosmetics.
Smoking
Splenda (= Sucralose)
Vaccinations can contain e.g. Aspartame, an artificial sweetener containing a large proportion of Methanol which causes blindness. On the flip side there is supposed to be cases where patients regain eye sight once they stop Aspartame.

Every human being is different and reacts
differently to different Nutrients and Toxins. But we should give the
body a chance to heal itself with Allah's help. At least not make it
worse if it is in our power to do something positive, insyAllah (= God
willing)
Don't try to solve everything at once. Go step by step and do the easiest and most important first.

a common ingredient in e.,g. raw organic green leafy vegetables,
carrots and much more.
Healthy

Honey Raw not pasteurized,
not mixed with Glucose etc. Honey from bees near organic farms or in
the wild bring home to their beehives a lot of pollen from an abundance
of different flowers. This honey contains minerals, enzymes and
phytonutrients of many different kinds. If a Honey bought in a
supermarket does not explicitly tell the word "Raw" or "Active" or "Not
pasteurized" and/or not blended it probably is nutritionally destroyed honey that can
be good enough as a sweetener but nothing near a true miraculous superfood.

Lutein
found in e.g. the raw yolk in eggs. This is what gives the egg yolk the
yellow or deep orange color. The deeper color the better. But
artificial lutein should be avoided. Get organic eggs from chicken who
eat grass, herbs, insects outdoors in non pesticidal fields with at
least some sunshine. Lutein protects and helps the eye in many ways

SPECIFIC FOR EYES:
|
It seems that Aspartame is
extremely dangerous for the eyesight.
The Hunza
population
in the Himalayas have perfect eyesight until they die. They have the
longest life span
on
earth.
Lutein, Astaxhantin, Zeaxanthine, DHA, (Vitamin A) and
Vitamin C are among the most important
when it comes to Eye-sight.
I have put vitamin A within brackets at some places since a dr
Mendelsson an expert
on allopathic and alternative medicine says there is no proof that
Vitamin
A should be good for eye sight.
I have seen in alternative medicine that DHA
from Omega 3 in fish
oil should be the major benefactor of eyesight as well as the
brain
and central nervous system.
Aspartame
is the technical name for the brand names: NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful
and Equal-Measure. It can be found as food additive in instant
breakfasts,
breath mints, cereals, sugar-free chewing gum, cocoa mixes, coffee
beverages,
frozen desserts, ice cream, gelatin desserts, juice beverages,
laxatives,
multivitamins, milk drinks, pharmaceuticals including vaccinations and supplements, shake
mixes,
soft drinks like diet-Coke, diet-Pepsi, Crystal Light and Kool Aid,
tabletop
sweeteners, tea beverages, instant teas and coffees, topping mixes,
wine
coolers and yogurt. Aspartame and other sweeteners can now be added to
Regular and Diet Drinks everywhere, at least in USA, but other
countries
often follow with the same laws. Added without mentioning on labels.
Sometimes
laws are ignored. Aspartame is cheaper than Sugar. Since Aspartame
contains
methanol it is no wonder it is bad for eyesight. The Aspartame formula
splits up in its ingredients at body temperature, 37 degrees Celsius or
higher. If you don't want to believe it is your own choice. There are
plenty
of alternatives on the market even for diabetics, (Stevia etc.) and you
can always do the 60 days no Aspartame test.
If you suspect that some of the symptoms of your
eye-problems could
be because of Aspartame make the 60 day no Aspartame test. Avoid
everything
that could possibly contain Aspartame. After 60 days you should know.
Sometimes
already after a few days avoiding anything that could contain Aspartame
can give dramatic effects. It does not cost much to try. And it is not
dangerous to try to abstain from it.
Processed food and sweets etc. that states that
the food
is Halal (permitted
in Islam) at the same time as states that it contains "permitted food
additives",
flavors and what nots is to be suspected until you have contacted the
manufacturer
to make certain your suspicion is baseless. In the meantime, just avoid
it. Try an apple, (preferably organic), instead if you want something
sweet.
The Hunza
population
has nothing but perfect eye-sight also up in ages over a hundred and
more,
all of them. Their average lifespan is 120-140 years. Modern Western
educated
Eye-doctors have examined them for decades. Their Vitamin A intake is
way
over recommended dosages. It does not cost much to try large dosages of
Betacarotine which is a prestage to Vitamin A. Even those who state
that
Vitamin A has dangerous side effects verify that Beta carotene does not
have these side effects. The liver makes its own Vitamin A from
Beta carotene.
And it is cheap. And it is not dangerous try. The Hunza
population
also avoids all pesticides and eats all kinds of healthy food, but
never
in excess. Their healthy water is a kind of mineral rich glacier
water.
The book How
to Live Longer And Feel Better , by
Linus Pauling describes how Vitamin C can reduce or stop Cataracts and
Glaucoma. A remedy often not known by many doctors. Perhaps because
Linus
Pauling and mega dosages has been ridiculed by modern Medicine
industry.
Modern Medicine Industry is not interested in cheap vitamins
that
cannot be patented. Linus Pauling gives enough scientific proof for his
claims. And it is cheap. And it is not dangerous to try.
For eye-problems caused by Diabetes see fact
sheet about Diabetes.
Good against Diabetes in general is Vitamin C, Chromium, Vitamin
E ,
Vanadium, Selenium, Bee
Pollen,
Honey of raw unblended without sugar added, Eucalyptus, Geranium,
Lingzhi
(=Ganoderma), Omega 3 and 6, RoseMary, Zinc if not enough of Chromium,
Manganese.
The eye-retina has the highest concentration of DHA
in the body.
The photo receptors receive light stimulation and DHA is absolutely
necessary
for proper vision. DHA is also very important for the brain (25% DHA)
and
the nervous system. We need DHA from the diet. The growth of the retina
and visual cortex of the phoetus and the first 6 months of the child
depends
on DHA.
Iristal is a multiherb "health food" from Alterni.com that combats eye
problems including cataracts.
It is very important you discuss any eye-problems
with
qualified open
minded doctors. I just want to give ideas about what you can study more
about.

What to do:
- If you can afford it:
- Contact a dentist who really knows how to take
out the fillings without ruining his and your health. It is not enough
that the dentist says he knows how to do it. You yourself have to check
him/her out.
- Avoid especially mixing with other metals in the mouth like gold etc.
- If you cannot afford it:
- Organic Selenium e.g. from Organic Brewer's Yeast as a protection against heavy metals like the Mercury in the Amalgam.
- Don't brush too often on the exposed fillings which accelerates toxic leak of Mercury from the fillings.
- If you have severe symptoms also try
- Some nice diet with a large share of organic vegetables and organic fruits e.g.:

Fluoride
Inorganic
|
1
part per Million
(1 ppm) or more (normally up to 4
ppm)
in drinking water in many urban areas around the world.
Fluoridated
Toothpaste up
to 4,000 ppm = 0.4% according to one
source. Juice made on concentrates mixed with
ordinary
so called common water in Fluoridated areas or where pesticides
are used in agriculture. Fruits, vegetables and juice contaminated with
pesticides. Many
food items unless they are organic. Often in Popular canned drinks if your
country uses Fluoridated drinking water. Common tea
is typically 1 to 6 ppm and especially green
tea.
But tea can contain even more .
One single cup of tea can contain more Fluoride than is actually given
as medication against hyperthyroidism. De-caffeinated tea can contain
more
Fluoride than common tea when Fluoridated water is used in the
de-decaffeinating
process. Tea also contains Aluminum
which can raise especially the neurological and renal toxic effects of
Fluoride. Microwave popcorn bags. Packaging for greasy foods.
Stain-proof clothing. Carpet and fabric protectors. Flame retardants.
Stain-resistant carpeting. Some household cleaning products. PFC, PFOA.
Food
wrappers for junk food, Popcorn bags for micro wave oven.
It is however not at all sure that these articles
about
green
tea are
completely true. If the Aluminum is in an organic form it is completely
harmless. Aluminum and heavy metals are harmful only in it's metallic
form.
Organic Aluminum as well as all other organic minerals never accumulate
in the body cells. If the Fluoride in tea in its organic Fluorine form
it is most probably also harmless. But if it is in the same form as the
pesticides etc. are spread it is most probably very harmful. Better to
stay away if we don't know.
Reddish colored Rock Salt.
Other products that contain Fluoride: The Anesthetic
"Halothane",
the nerve
gas Sarine
(one lethal dose of Sarin would fit on a head of a pin), CFC:s.
Fluorinated
Valium,
"Roofs", "Date rape" (Rohypnol) is 20-30 times stronger than normal
Valium.
The cooking of vegetables in Fluoridated water
can
increase
the concentration
of Fluoride in the vegetables up to over 100 times, apart from
reducing
vitamins, minerals, oils and enzymes in the vegetables. Mineral water
perhaps
50% of all sorts sold. Pesticides. Fruit shells like oranges
sprayed
with pesticides. Some toothpicks. Rinsing water for the
mouth. Fluoride
treatments can contain 10,000 - 20,000 ppm which sometimes have
lead
to a few cases with children dying in the dentist's chair according to

Honey Raw

Honey Raw
Not Pasteurized
|
Among the best
sorts of Honey is Active Manuka Honey 10+ and above. Check out Wild
Honey and Honey from Organic farms. Organic farms often have flowers of
many different kinds mixed with vegetables and fruits. Organic farmers
also give back some of the harvested honey to the bees so the bees have
a strong immunity defense and become strong and healthy. Organic farms
are not situated near any GMO farms or other farms that use
fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides or monocultures.
Honey has around 100 different antibacterial and antiviral properties
and an abundance of colloidal organic minerals, enzymes,
phytonutrients, vitamins and all the rest of healthy nutrients whatever
it can be. Honey and Bee Pollen are the only foods that can last at
least 100 years. But it must be raw not pasteurized and never mixed
with glucose etc.

Infant Formula

Infant Formula Commercial version
|
Supermarkets, Any shop selling processed Baby Food
|
What to do:
- You have perhaps heard about the Melamine
scandal in Infant Formula. What the newspapers did not print was the
rest of the Infant Formula is not very much better than Melamine. It is
perhaps weaker poisons, but they work on a longer perspective.
- To minimize risk of health problems for your child avoid commercial infant
formulas especially if they are based on Soy be it organic or not.
- It does not matter much if the soy infant formula is
made on organic variation of Soy or not.
Avoid especially Soy of all kinds.
- Breast
milk
is of course the best especially if it is directly from the
breast and never put into plastic bottles. See the book Pottenger's 900 Cats.
- Next best after breast milk is infant
formula using raw milk or goat milk etc.
- Home made infant formulas
Read the chapter "Infant Formula" in the Healthy Living Pages and follow up the links about the carcinogen Hexane and GMO and Soy

MSG

MSG
|
| In
USA if a food has a
food additive containing less than 99% MSG
the label
does not need to reveal that it contains MSG.
It can even have a label
"No MSG added", "No MSG", "No added MSG",
and still be
"legal".
These kind of laws from US are not seldom copied by other
countries
without investigation.
According to one list
30 different food
sorts can often, but not always contain MSG
without
any
specification on the food label. MSG is
used as a flavor
enhancer
in foods prepared at home, in restaurants
and by food processors. It is often much cheaper to add MSG than to use
enough of fresh high quality real ingredients.
Many names of ingredients can sometimes but not
always
be used
to hide MSG: Glutamate, Textured protein,
Hydrolyzed protein, Mono potassium
glutamate,
Glutamic acid, Sodium caseinate, Gelatin, Yeast extract, Yeast food,
Autolyzed
yeast, Yeast nutrient, Malt-extract, Malt flavoring, Barley malt,
Stock,
Broth, Carageenan, Maltodextrin, Whey protein, Whey protein
isolate,
Whey protein concentrate, Pectin, Protease enzymes, Enzymes, Protease,
Flavor(s), Flavoring(s), Natural pork flavoring, Natural beef
flavoring,
Natural chicken flavoring, Seasonings, Soy
sauce, Soy sauce extract, Soy
protein isolate, Soy protein concentrate,
Anything protein fortified,
Anything
Enzyme modified, Anything Ultra-pasteurized, Anything fermented. MSG
can
exist in soaps, shampoos, hair conditioners and cosmetics where MSG is
hidden in "amino acids". Auxigro WP Plant Metabolic Primer (Auxigro)
contains around 30% MSG and is meant to
be sprayed on beans, lettuce,
peanuts,
tomatoes and potatoes. (As if pesticides were not enough).
Drinks, Candy and Chewing gum. Some Baby
Food,
Tobacco, Iced tea, Red
Star Yeast,
Chicken Pox Vaccinations,
Binders and Fillers for medications, Nutrients, Supplements, Enteral
feeding
materials and some Fluids administered intravenously in hospitals may
contain MSG according to the same
list. Hospital food
can sometimes contain MSG. People who
want to avoid the extremely toxic
substance Fluoride
in the toothpaste, (4,000 ppm = 0.4% according to one
source
of Sodium Fluoride in toothpaste is normal) might instead buy a herbal
toothpaste that contains MSG.
Famous junk food brands are not safe from MSG.
Wax on fruits, Chicken and Turkey Gravy
Mixes,
Broth, Bouillon and Canned gravies, Bakery items with fruit fillings,
Lunch
meats, Canned tuna fish, Canned salmon, Processed Cheese, Bacon and
Ham,
Pre formed frozen hamburgers, Ice cream, Cereals, Cake mixes,
Gatorade,
Soups, Frozen TV dinners, Entrees, Pre-made convenience food, Yogurts,
Whipped cream, Cottage cheese.
|
What to do:
- Learn more
- Since labels don't always reveal contents of MSG. It has
typically around 40 to 50 names to avoid detection learn the most
common names like "No MSG", "Flavoring", "Hydrolized this and that" or
"permitted" additive etc.
- Even if you don't have any of the very many symptoms for
MSG, avoid it or at least minimize it. You might not get hurt or notice
anything while you are young, but developing visible or detectable
symptoms like migraine can take time.
- To practice the Gerson
Therapy or if you at least become a Vegan means that you
automatically avoid MSG and most other poisons.

Smoking

Smoking
|
Cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, being in the same room as a smoker at least if a longer time.
|
What to do:
- It is absolute madness to smoke considering the amount of possible symptoms after long time of smoking.
- Since it obviously
is harmful to the body it cannot be classified as anything else than
Haram (= forbidden in Islam) for Muslims. One does not need to be a
scholar to understand that. However not all scholars realize the
dangers of smoking.
- Stop smoking and if you cannot stop, try the Gerson Therapy.
The Gerson method including nightly enemas makes addicts, not only
tobacco addicts but also heroin addicts etc. stop in around 2 weeks at the most. Sometimes it takes
only a few days, when the body has got every thinkable nutrient it
needs in the Gerson Therapy. The body stops shouting for more and more
of stimulants when it has got everything it needs.
