The body's reactions can be very individual. Lots of watching TV Eating too much and too quickly lots of especially refined carbohydrates alone or together with none or too little protein makes the body defend itself with lots of insulin against too high glucose levels. A-Debtin can also be used to go down in weight for people that don't have fully developed Diabetes yet. It can be used by people who are afraid of going up in weight after big dinners, like at weddings etc. But check with a glucose meter your personal reactions.
