HEALTH,
BIRTH:
|
- The
following information is taken mainly from Books, Health magazines,
Internet
and Newspaper articles.
- It is not always verified information but a
base, a beginning, for your own studies. Nowadays one has to make one's
own studies. We seldom get this kind of information from authorities
any longer.
- It is up to each and everyone to make up their
own mind if they want to believe it or not.
- I am not a doctor and the
advice
below does not replace professional medical treatment in any way.
- Anybody
who has a serious disease ought to start to study about his/her disease
especially alternative methods. The alternative methods aim to make the
body heal itself with God's help.
- This is what I believe is true. But I can make mistakes, small or big
- Not just take away the symptoms
only,
like very often with Allopathic medicine.
- But always discuss treatments
with
a real doctor, natural or allopathic, preferably both kinds of doctors.
- All
cures work best with a healthy lifestyle in
general eating much raw fresh organic vegetables and some fruits,
enough exercise, detoxification when needed, enough rest, fresh air,
avoid toxins in food, drinks and environment and minimize stress.
| INDEX:
|
| The Body images are like stop light pictures. Red means Bad, Green Good and Yellow is Neutral |
Some Examples Good for Birth, InsyAllah (=God willing):
Bad for Birth, (Probably):
Read also about Infant Formula in the Healthy Living pages. Very toxic if Hexane Soy based. The worst processed food of all processed foods in grocery stores in one survey. Since this is mostly long after birth I don't list it above (yet).
The
body's reactions can be very individual. Only Allah (= Our one single
God and Creator) knows exactly what all the different nutrients are in
plants etc. and what final effect they and different toxins have. It
could be a good idea to make an honest attempt to minimize toxins or even begin a detox so
that good nutrients can have a better effect. Vitamins, Enzymes and Minerals work together, never alone.
Also see the Good and Bad Columns below.

- Minerals
mentioned in this column are always in metallic form unless it
says "too little" of a mineral
- Vitamins mentioned in this column are always
non-synthetic unless it says "too much" of a vitamin
|
- Minerals
mentioned
in this column are always
in organic form
- Vitamins mentioned in this column are
preferably always
non-synthetic
- Always combine whatever you find of
good with a very good lifestyle eating very much organic certified
vegetables as a minimum.

Honey is perhaps only when the child is not a baby any longer. They
don't have fully developed immune system until after a few years and
botulism does not disappear in honey even after pasteurization.

Home
births give several advantages according to message in mercola.com
- Fewer interventions like epidural, electronic
fetal heart rate monitoring, episiotomy, c-sections, lacerations,
hemorrhage and infections
- Less frequent prematurity, low birth weight and
assisted newborn ventilation
Home and hospital birth same perinatal mortality rates.
But you get less vaccinations, hopefully. That alone can be worth the
whole procedure.

Aspartame is the technical

Equal, Spoonful, Equal Measure, E951, Benevia, Canderel
and AminoSweet. It can
be found as food additive
in instant breakfasts, breath mints, cereals, sugar
free chewing
gum, cocoa mixes, coffee beverages, cosmetics, frozen desserts, ice cream,
gelatin desserts, juice beverages, laxatives, multivitamins, milk
drinks,
pharmaceuticals and supplements, shake mixes, soft drinks like diet
Coke, diet Pepsi, Crystal Light and Kool Aid, tabletop
sweeteners,
tea beverages, instant teas and coffees, topping mixes, Vaccinations, wine
coolers
and
yogurt. Aspartame and other sweeteners can now be added to Regular and Diet
Drinks
everywhere, at least in USA, but other countries often follow with the
same laws. Sometimes laws are ignored. Aspartame is found in around 6,000
different foods.
"Neotame" a new supposed to be more toxic form of Aspartame can since around end of 2010 be added to any food in USA without labeling, even to USDA certified organic processed food and certified Kosher products. Read more...

Cadmium
|
All soils, rocks including
coal and mineral fertilizers have some cadmium
in them. Cadmium is emitted during processes that utilize ores and
during
combustion of fossil fuels. It is released into the atmosphere through
certain manufacturing operations like preparation of fungicides and
fertilizers.
It can also be released into the atmosphere when garbage containing
batteries, plastic, paint etc. is burned The highest
concentration of Cadmium
may appear in fish, shellfish and organs like the liver and kidneys. It
can be found in cigarettes, batteries, as pigment in paint,
glazed pottery or porcelain, as a plastic stabilizer
and
it is used in photography and in dyes. The "itai-itai" syndrome in
Japan
was a result of contaminated rice.
In the good old days 20-30 years ago especially red and
sometimes yellow
plastic utensils used in the kitchen could contain a large amount of
cadmium. Root fillings contains lead and cadmium.
It has been found in children's toys, raincoats and
backpacks made of
vinyl and PVC according to a GreenPeace investigation.
However
Greenpeace is not very trustworthy according to many articles, 1, 2 3.
It could be that Greenpeace are right, but it could also be that they
want
to confuse the public which makes the whole thing even more scary. Fact
remains if it is easy to avoid it, try to avoid it. At least until we

Silver
etc. and also Uranium and Polonium according to the paper

Chlorine
|
Chlorine
is added in most countries especially in USA and the third world to drinking
water to protect against bacteria. These countries have as far as I
understand a higher rate of heart disease than countries that use other
methods to take away bacteria.
There is supposed to be a less dangerous form called
ammonium chlorine
in some developed countries. Europe is according to one source
Ozonizing
their drinking water instead of chlorinating it. Chlorine
is entering our body either in our drinking water or when we shower.
Most public swimming pools have large amounts of Chlorine .
Many Mineral water has Chlorine
added to it in spite of claims that they are completely "natural".
Perhaps
50% of all Mineral water also contains Fluoride.
Even Zam
Zam water contains Chlorine. However it most definitely is an organic form of Chlorine in
Zam Zam
water
and other so called "holy waters". The organic form of Chlorine is
totally
harmless, even needed by the body. Zam Zam water and Sango Coral
treatment
mixed with any water is supposed to make ordinary tap water etc.
harmless.
It neutralizes poisons in ordinary water. Other places where Chlorine
can
be found is in the Anesthetic "Halothane". Mustard
gas
during World War 1 and last but not least CFC:s in air conditioners and
spray bottles.
Another much bigger area where Chlorine
is found is in pesticides,
like Velsicol
and in non-organic food when pesticides have been used.
Colloid organic chlorine from plants, fruits
and perhaps some
so called "holy waters" is however not poisonous. it is needed by
the
body to manufacture hydrochloric acid in the stomach to aid digestion. |

Fluoride
|
1 part per Million
(1 ppm) or more (normally up to 4
ppm)
in drinking water in many urban areas around the world.
Fluoridated
Toothpaste up
to 4,000 ppm = 0.4% according to one
source. Juice made on concentrates mixed with
ordinary
so called common water in Fluoridated areas or where pesticides
are used in agriculture. Fruits, vegetables and juice contaminated with
pesticides. Many
food items unless they are organic. Often in Popular canned drinks if your
country uses Fluoridated drinking water. Common tea
is typically 1 to 6 ppm and especially green
tea.
But tea can contain even more .
One single cup of tea can contain more Fluoride than is actually given
as medication against hyperthyroidism. De-caffeinated tea can contain
more
Fluoride than common tea when Fluoridated water is used in the
decaffeinating
process. Tea also contains Aluminum
which can raise especially the neurological and renal toxic effects of
Fluoride. Microwave popcorn bags. Packaging for greasy foods.
Stain-proof clothing. Carpet and fabric protectors. Flame retardants.
Stain-resistant carpeting. Some household cleaning products. PFC, PFOA.
Food
wrappers for junk food, Popcorn bags for micro wave oven.
It is however not at all sure that these articles about
green
tea are
completely true. If the Aluminum is in an organic form it is completely
harmless. Aluminum and heavy metals are harmful only in it's metallic
form.
Organic Aluminum as well as all other organic minerals never accumulate
in the body cells. If the Fluoride in tea in its organic Fluorine form
it is most probably also harmless. But if it is in the same form as the
pesticides etc. are spread it is most probably very harmful. Better to
stay away if we don't know.
Reddish colored Rock Salt.
Other products that contain Fluoride: The Anesthetic
"Halothane",
the nerve
gas Sarine
(one lethal dose of Sarin would fit on a head of a pin), CFC:s.
Fluorinated
Valium,
"Roofs", "Date rape" (Rohypnol) is 20-30 times stronger than normal
Valium.
The cooking of vegetables in Fluoridated water can
increase
the concentration
of Fluoride in the vegetables up to over 100 times, apart from
reducing
vitamins, minerals, oils and enzymes in the vegetables. Mineral water
perhaps
50% of all sorts sold. Pesticides. Fruit shells like oranges
sprayed
with pesticides. Some toothpicks. Rinsing water for the
mouth. Fluoride
treatments can contain 10,000 - 20,000 ppm which sometimes have
lead
to a few cases with children dying in the dentist's chair according to
more than one source.
Some materials for repairing teeth. Canned food. Teflon
and Tefal
coated frying pans,
sandwich makers etc. where the surface is
scraped
etc. Part of the controversial psycho active psychiatric drugs PROZAC,
Paxil, Luvox, Rohypnol. Wine
can contain up to 3 ppm. Some Car wax. Some Spray can oil.
Nerve
Gas. Some medicines against hypothyroidism.
The brand "Nursery Water for babies". It is especially
dangerous for babies to ingest Fluoride in any form. |
