- The
following information is taken mainly from Books, Health magazines,
Internet
and Newspaper articles.
- It is not always verified information but a
base, a beginning, for your own studies. Nowadays one has to make one's
own studies. We seldom get this kind of information from authorities
any longer.
- It is up to each and everyone to make up their
own mind if they want to believe it or not.
- This is what I believe is true. I can make mistakes big and small
- I am not a doctor and the
advice
below does not replace professional medical treatment in any way.
- Use the information only as a basis for more research not as a final solution.
- Anybody
who has a serious disease ought to start to study about his/her disease
especially alternative methods. The alternative methods aim to make the
body heal itself with God's help.
- Not just take away the symptoms
only,
like very often with Allopathic medicine.
- But always discuss treatments
with
a real doctor, natural or allopathic, preferably both kinds of doctors.
- All
cures work best with a healthy lifestyle in
general eating much raw fresh organic vegetables and some fruits,
enough exercise, detoxification when needed, enough rest, fresh air,
avoid toxins in food, drinks and environment and minimize stress.

Bad for Lungs including bad for Asthma: (Probably)
The
body's reactions can be very individual. Only Allah (= Our one single
God and Creator) knows exactly what all the different nutrients are in
plants etc. and what final effect they and different toxins have. It
could be a good idea to make an honest attempt to minimize toxins or
even begin a detox so
that good nutrients can have a better effect. Vitamins, Enzymes and
Minerals work together, never alone.

Amalgam
in tooth fillings (don't drill them out without real expertise. It is
not
enough that they say they know how to remove Amalgam
fillings, otherwise the person can be sick for life if it is done in
the
wrong way), Aspartame (Like in Nutrasweet,
Equal
etc.), Chlorine, Fluoride,
MSG
MTBE petrol, Vaccinations,
Bad if too little Vitamin C. Common with reactions against certain
foods:
Eggs, Fish, Shellfish and Nuts. Delayed reactions often after Milk,
Chocolate,
Wheat and citrus fruits. Food additives like Tartrazine, food
preservatives
incl sulfur dioxide and sodium benzoate. Often Junk food. Too
little Vitamin D
All Milk products unless it is organic and raw but check your own
body's reactions on this kind of milk. Florence
Griffith Jonyer "Flo Jo"
might have died because of an asthmatic attack after eating cheese or
drinking milk. The message from notmilk.com makes it really clear that
the autopsy shows that her death was most probably caused by
pasteurized dairy products.
80% of milk protein is CASEIN,
the same glue as holds together wood in furniture. Casein products
antihistamines. Histamines result in mucus. Mucus makes breathing
difficult.
To limit Dairy and Gluten could be a good idea.
Aspirin (25% of sufferers),
Ibuprofen (98% of sufferers), Paracetamol (7% of sufferers),
Coal Tar (FD&C, D&C color)
Standard
baby and adult mattresses that are not organic
- According to MD Dr. Tenpenny children with
Asthma have a significantly
higher risk of hospitalization if they receive a flu Shot. (See her
video "Flu and Vaccines What's coming through that needle", DVD part 1
after 46 minutes into the video according to study done at Mayo Clinic
1996-2006 when 236 children had laboratory confirmed influenza).
- FluMist Vaccinations are extra dangerous and
can even cause Asthma not only making it worse, (47 minutes for all age
groups into the first part of the video)

Drink enough until your urine is light yellow. Essiac,
Eucalyptus, Exercise, Gingko Biloba (Not too strong. Most vitamin shops
sell it
far
too strong), Grape Fruit
Seed Extract, Hygiene, Hyssop, Indian Gooseberry, Lavender, Lingzhi (=Ganoderma), Almost
any wild

Mushroom, Magnesium, Manganese but only in organic colloidal form like in unboiled plants, Marjoram, Molybdenum, Omega 3 and 6,
Peppermint,
Pleurisy root, Sage, Selasih (= Holy Basil, Tulasi, Tulsi, (Ocimum Sanctum)),
Selenium,
Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C in large enough dosages (1000 - 3000g
daily), Vitamin
D, Vitamin E ,
Zinc,
Elimination diets where allergy inducing foods are avoided.
During
an attack, try to stay calm. Sitting upright can help. Fresh air can
help.
Don't crowd around the sufferer which can make the sufferer panic.
Purify indoor air.
If you really have problems, try Gerson.org
which have a perhaps 99% or probably higher success rate with all
chronic diseases.
Organic
mattresses from Naturepedic
Raw
butter, Raw Cream
(but do check your own body's reaction to all milk products, also the
raw organic milk and other organic dairy products. Normally unpasteurized Raw milk has no problems). If you really want
milk Soy milk is not really a very good alternative. Either it is GMO and therefore extremely dangerous
or non-GMO which also
not very good for your
health with perhaps over possible 500 symptoms. But if you
really feel you must have milk, try first raw organic unpasteurized
milk and then if you cannot take it, try certified organic almond milk or certified organic rice milk. (Almonds from USA are not always organic even if they are certified USDA organic. You must know the supplier)

Aspartame

|
Aspartame is the technical
name for the brand names: NutraSweet,
Equal, Spoonful, Equal Measure, E951, Benevia, Canderel
and AminoSweet. It can
be found as food additive
in instant breakfasts, breath mints, cereals, sugar
free chewing
gum, cocoa mixes, coffee beverages, cosmetics, frozen desserts, ice cream,
gelatin desserts, juice beverages, laxatives, multivitamins, milk
drinks,
pharmaceuticals and supplements, shake mixes, soft drinks like diet
Coke, diet Pepsi, Crystal Light and Kool Aid, tabletop
sweeteners,
tea beverages, instant teas and coffees, topping mixes, Vaccinations, wine
coolers
and
yogurt. Aspartame and other sweeteners can now be added to Regular and Diet
Drinks
everywhere, at least in USA, but other countries often follow with the
same laws. Sometimes laws are ignored. Aspartame is found in around 6,000
different foods.
"Neotame" a new supposed to be more toxic form of Aspartame can since around end of 2010 be added to any food in USA without labeling, even to USDA certified organic processed food and certified Kosher products. Read more...

Fluoride

|
1 part per Million
(1 ppm) or more (normally up to 4
ppm)
in drinking water in many urban areas around the world.
Fluoridated
Toothpaste up
to 4,000 ppm = 0.4% according to one
source. Juice made on concentrates mixed with
ordinary
so called common water in Fluoridated areas or where pesticides
are used in agriculture. Fruits, vegetables and juice contaminated with
pesticides. Many
food items unless they are organic. Often in Popular canned drinks if your
country uses Fluoridated drinking water. Common tea
is typically 1 to 6 ppm and especially green
tea.
But tea can contain even more .
One single cup of tea can contain more Fluoride than is actually given
as medication against hyperthyroidism. De-caffeinated tea can contain
more
Fluoride than common tea when Fluoridated water is used in the
de-caffeinating
process. Tea also contains Aluminum
which can raise especially the neurological and renal toxic effects of
Fluoride. Microwave popcorn bags. Packaging for greasy foods.
Stain-proof clothing. Carpet and fabric protectors. Flame retardants.
Stain-resistant carpeting. Some household cleaning products. PFC, PFOA.
Food
wrappers for junk food, Popcorn bags for micro wave oven.
It is however not at all sure that these articles about
green
tea are
completely true. If the Aluminum is in an organic form it is completely
harmless. Aluminum and heavy metals are harmful only in it's metallic
form.
Organic Aluminum as well as all other organic minerals never accumulate
in the body cells. If the Fluoride in tea in its organic Fluorine form
it is most probably also harmless. But if it is in the same form as the
pesticides etc. are spread it is most probably very harmful. Better to
stay away if we don't know.
Reddish colored Rock Salt.
Other products that contain Fluoride: The Anesthetic
"Halothane",
the nerve
gas Sarine
(one lethal dose of Sarin would fit on a head of a pin), CFC:s.
Fluorinated
Valium,
"Roofs", "Date rape" (Rohypnol) is 20-30 times stronger than normal
Valium.
The cooking of vegetables in Fluoridated water can
increase
the concentration
of Fluoride in the vegetables up to over 100 times, apart from
reducing
vitamins, minerals, oils and enzymes in the vegetables. Mineral water
perhaps
50% of all sorts sold. Pesticides. Fruit shells like oranges
sprayed
with pesticides. Some toothpicks. Rinsing water for the
mouth. Fluoride
treatments can contain 10,000 - 20,000 ppm which sometimes have
lead
to a few cases with children dying in the dentist's chair according to
more than one source.
Some materials for repairing teeth. Canned food. Teflon
and Tefal
coated frying pans,
sandwich makers etc. where the surface is
scraped
etc. Part of the controversial psycho active psychiatric drugs PROZAC,
Paxil, Luvox, Rohypnol. Wine
can contain up to 3 ppm. Some Car wax. Some Spray can oil.
Nerve
Gas. Some medicines against hypothyroidism.
The brand "Nursery Water for babies". It is especially
dangerous for babies to ingest Fluoride in any form. |

MSG

|
In USA if a food has a
food additive containing less than 99%
MSG the label
does not need to reveal that it contains MSG. It can even have a label
"No MSG added", "No MSG", "No added MSG", and still be
"legal".
These kind of laws from US are not seldom copied by other
countries
without investigation.
According to one list
30 different food
sorts can often, but not always contain MSG without
any
specification on the food label. MSG is used as a flavor
enhancer
in foods prepared at home, in restaurants
and by food processors. It is often much cheaper to add MSG than to use
enough of fresh real ingredients.
Many names of ingredients can sometimes but not always
be used
to hide
MSG: Glutamate, Textured protein, Hydrolyzed protein, Mono potassium
glutamate,
Glutamic acid, Sodium caseinate, Gelatin, Yeast extract, Yeast food,
Autolyzed

flavoring,
Natural chicken flavoring, Seasonings, Soy sauce, Soy sauce extract,
Soy
protein isolate, Soy protein concentrate, Anything protein fortified,
Anything
Enzyme modified, Anything Ultra-pasteurized, Anything fermented. MSG
can
exist in soaps, shampoos, hair conditioners and cosmetics where MSG is
hidden in "amino acids". Auxigro WP Plant Metabolic Primer (Auxigro)
contains around 30% MSG and is meant to be sprayed on beans, lettuce,
peanuts,
tomatoes and potatoes. (As if pesticides were not enough).
Drinks, Candy and Chewing gum. Some Baby
Food,
Tobacco, Iced tea, Red
Star Yeast,
Chicken Pox Vaccinations,
Binders and Fillers for medications, Nutrients, Supplements, Enteral
feeding
materials and some Fluids administered intravenously in hospitals may
contain
MSG according to the same list. Hospital food
can sometimes contain MSG. People who want to avoid the extremely toxic
substance Fluoride
in the toothpaste, (4,000 ppm = 0.4% according to one
source
of Sodium Fluoride in toothpaste is normal) might instead buy a herbal
toothpaste that contains MSG.
Famous junk food brands are not safe from MSG.
Wax on fruits, Chicken and Turkey Gravy
Mixes,
Broth, Bouillon and Canned gravies, Bakery items with fruit fillings,
Lunch
meats, Canned tuna fish, Canned salmon, Processed Cheese, Bacon and
Ham,
Pre formed frozen hamburgers, Ice cream, Cereals, Cake mixes,

Special about Asthma:
|
For what it is worth:
Alterni.com sells a
product which distributes grape
fruit seed extract
into the air continuously 24 hours which as far as I understand
efficiently kills all kinds of fungus in the room where the gadget is
installed.
However the gadgets I bought, now perhaps 3 years ago had a terrible
low quality fan that broke down quietly after a few weeks each time. If
this fan is changed to one with bearings instead of some cheap plastic
gliding solution this product can most probably be a life saver for
many severe sufferers. Perhaps their gadgets have better fans now if they still sell them.
For Apnea and perhaps Asthma I would also try limiting the intake of
gluten and all dairy products. But that is only my personal guess.
I guess people with more severe asthma and apnea have to learn individually what
they are sensitive against. If everything else fails, try Gerson.org
