• Avoid hospitals unless you really have to go there. If you did not have flu when entering the hospital, you might get it from someone in the waiting room etc. H1N1 is not what we should be afraid of. The H1N1 is in 99.8% of all cases very very mild. • Stock up a 2-3 week supply of food and absolutely clean water or Zam Zam water at home so you don't need to go to hospitals or get helped by trusted unselfish friends.

• Demand to make a laboratory test of the vaccine before you are vaccinated. Make sure there is no trace of Squalene,  Mercury  or any other of the over 40 common poisons  in vaccinations. • There were rumors that now seems false at least from Ukraine about  low flying airplanes, often in the nights, unknown activities, probably spraying something and at least in Ukraine so far within days reports about hundreds of thousands or more cases of intense flu or bubonic plague like lung symptoms appearing. Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, UK (Derby), Austria. Of course no independent laboratory tests as usual if H1N1 or mutated flu or pesticides or bacteria etc. If one reads 50% of the comments to an interesting article about widespread disease in Ukraine, one gets the impression that the flu is very limited. However the tests made on if it really is H1N1 or a new string is almost non existent, but Korea does stringent tests (24th of September). • DANGERS WITH VACCINATIONS, SQUALENE,  INTERVIEWS, THIMEROSAL, FORCE, REFUSALS, EFFICIENCY, LIES 

• Remember that H1N1 flu is ridiculously mild compared to normal flu. Only 0.02% - 0.03% of all infected dies, whereas with a normal flu it could be 1% up to 3%. Most of those dying are however weak from other diseases or very old age from the beginning.
• Based on only 6 deaths by May 20th 2009 WHO decides on mass vaccinations worldwide of 4.9 billion people  according to one source. And those deaths were of people who had other serious diseases that compromised their immunity defense.
• Remember that H1N1 flu is genetically engineered in a laboratory. It was patented by Baxter Vaccine-company as a bio-weapon a year before the first case appeared in the population. It contains strains from Swine flu (1918), Avian Flu and normal human seasonal flu. Bird Flu was released earlier and had a high death rate, around 60 - 70% if I remember right, but it never spread as much as the conspirators wanted. H1N1 spreads fast all right, but has extremely low death rate. 
• Remember that most people think vaccinations are good for us and that it helps the immune system. But you who have seen David Ayubs video about Thimerosal know that vaccinations are causing among other things autism and is detrimental to the overall immune system. • SQUALENE is behind all or almost all of the Gulf War Syndrome cases resulting in a minimum of 25% of over 697,000 vaccinated perfectly healthy US soldiers becoming helpless invalids or dying. Over 170,000 helpless victims of deceit from the parasite like powers that has taken over their country. Elections are a joke since decades ago. That was a relatively low concentration of Squalene.  The concentration is supposed to be around 20,000 times up to a million times stronger than in the Gulf War Syndrome vaccinations.

• What happens if people refuse vaccinations? Are people called voluntarily only or is there a IHR (= International Health Regulation) legislation connected to WHO in at least 193 countries that call people to voluntary vaccinations that in reality are not voluntary? That deceptive laws for forced vaccinations are prepared since many years ago? I personally think only a few countries in the West have the complete machinery for force vaccinations, but that some people in other parts of the world might be forced in other ways like losing their jobs if they are health workers etc. However if the knowledge about the toxic effects of Squalene becomes more well known to especially health workers, the force vaccinations will not happen.

• SubTerrainean HomeSick News had an interview with Jane Burgermeister where those who interviewed stated that Canada was supposed to have ordered vaccines without adjuvants = without Squalene. (Now this might be good news).
• However Flumist that does not contain adjuvants including Squalene and does not contain thimerosal, might contain live bird flu virus. Bird flu does not normally contaminate humans at all. However if entering in strong dosage through nostrils or straight into the blood stream it can. Bird flu has around 60-70% death rate of those who get bird flu. However it might also be "only" H1N1 which so far has had a very low mortality 0.02% to 0.03%, but it raises the number of flu cases if the virus is live. More Flu cases might lead to a classification of H1N1 as pandemic, which might lead to forced injections which are probably far more dangerous. Especially if the injections contain Squalene and/or Mercury in thimerosal. I think our best defense against Flumist is a not too high dosage of colloidal silver as well as a general protection according to the list above found under "Protection".  Also see the To Do list. I am not an expert and you have to make your own decisions and do research while there is still time.
• Personally I think people will be cheated into believing that vaccinated people who fall ill will be pointed at by authorities as victims of the pandemic while in reality they are victims of the vaccinations. So more people will rush to get vaccinated.

• WHO changed the definition of pandemic emergency to include only the spreading of a particular disease from one country to another. The disease doesn't need to be dangerous any longer in order for it to become a "pandemic emergency". This opens the doors for emergency vaccinations in all countries attached to WHO according to Jane Burgermeister. 
• The mass hysteria against a very weak H1N1 influenza takes away focus from also other dangers  in the world like the worldwide weakening economy including the weakening US dollar and the danger of introducing a new world currency where in the end the New World Government might decide about both prices on products and levels of salaries with only one existing fiat currency in the world.

CDC states the real numbers should now be 2 million cases in USA alone. If these cases are with fever it ought to be around 4 million cases of H1N1 in USA at the moment (21 August 2009) since almost only fever cases are counted in USA. But also compare with the WHO exaggeration below.
• Schools, some of them open already in August in southern USA are like petri dishes for flu especially if only fever is counted.
• However remember that WHO and other health authorities have a strong tendency to exaggerate the dangers of H1N1 and the numbers infected. It is the vaccinations we should really be afraid of. A few thousand or more people are always dying every year of flu. H1N1 seems to be one of the mildest flus ever, but organizations like WHO, CDC have a second agenda. WHO, CDC exaggerates the health risks, numbers etc. Some think it is only money since the drug companies make billions and billions of USD (This is written in August 2009) on Tamiflu and vaccines. But no it is not, it is the first visible step of NWO takeover according to my estimation after watching many hours of videos and reading lots of articles about these things the last few weeks. The people at the very top want control over every individual and possession on earth. They already have more than enough of money. They now go for the control. They are inspired by Satan who according to the Quran hates mankind.

Incoming vegetables that are scrawny and have other faults not depending on temporary weather only are discarded and so are the delivering farmers. Farmers that are not fully honest are discarded. The owners of KK Hoganik, Kerby Ho and his wife are pioneers in organic production in Malaysia. They were the first or among the first with organic certification of vegetables and fruits in Malaysia by KRAV in Sweden. Experts were flown in yearly to check production and give certification. However this was very expensive and the Malaysian customers did not understand to appreciate the value of certification at that time. So after many years of certification they abandoned the KRAV scheme but will soon get SOM certified instead, God willing. SOM is the Malaysian certification. I wish them the best, they are most certainly among the best in Malaysia in the field of organic farming.

• Are the animals cramped up together in small places? Some chicken in the worst commercial breeding are given the area of a newspaper only throughout their whole miserable life.
• Do the animals look energetic? 
• Visible wounds common? Cut beaks? Growth hormones so that the legs break since they become too heavy too fast? 
  
• Is it clean?
• Are they fed commercial regular feed or do they eat fresh clean grass? Watch out for Science Diet, which is a  big deception according to some web sites. Do a search in google with the keywords "science diet" and "rendering" if you did not already know.
• Do the producers have any production sites, farms at all to show their customers, or is it just talk and promises?
• Is there any laboratory tests on the products or is the whole business built on just trust and beautiful packing?
• Do they have many farms and just one of them is certified? What happens with the uncertified vegetables on the farms that are not certified sold with the same brand name or not?
• Where are the certificates? Are the certificates expired? 
  
• If you see fertilizer bags or any other bags like animal feed, then jot down the names of the products and find out their true contents if possible. Is there any antibiotics or non-GMO feed involved?
• It is not easy to become certified and I am sure there are farms out there that have everything right 99% but have to wait another year or so for official certification. I hope I am not putting sticks in the wheels for the business of such farms where the owners have the best of intentions.

This state of minerals in plants is often called "organic" but it means something else than the word "organic" in the expression "organic vegetables". Even non-organic vegetables can contain "organic minerals."

Calcium is metallic in pasteurized milk and organic in unpasteurized milk. When a mineral is "organic" it consists of very small microscopic particles, (1 - 100 Nanometers, = 1 millionth to 100 millionth of a millimeter),  charged negatively, (metallic minerals are charged positively).  Such extremely small particles can travel in and out of the body's cells through their cell membranes without difficulty. They are non toxic.  Only plants can charge minerals to a negative charge using soil bacteria and photosynthesis. Metallic mineral particles are around 2,000 to 7,000 times larger and positively charged. If metallic particles were made very much smaller they still would have to be negatively charged in order to become "organic" or useful for the body. Only plants can transform them. Animal and human bodies are positively charged and therefore attract naturally the negatively charged minerals.

Minerals are the building stones of every living cell in every living being and the body needs around 86 different minerals in different amounts to avoid diseases and have optimal function. Sometimes trace amounts are enough to avoid serious diseases.

When we boil, fry or heat up vegetables, milk or any other food, the minerals in them become gradually larger particles and more and more  metallic. More depending on temperature and time. When a mineral becomes metallic it becomes available to the body only around perhaps 1 - 12% depending on the age of the person that eats such boiled vegetables or drinks such awful industrial  e.g. milk. Organic milk is wonderful when it is not pasteurized and rather awful when it is. Children can take up perhaps 8% - 12% of minerals when the minerals are metallic. When we are over 40 years of age perhaps only 3 - 5 %. Over 50 years of age and higher perhaps less than 1%. When we don't get enough of quality nutrition, the body craves for more, we are constantly hungry. Fast food only gives a quick fix. No wonder many of us become fatter after 35 years of age. Some schools in USA with so called "Zero Tolerance Policy" have virtually been transformed into prisons with police patrolling corridors, spy cameras almost everywhere even in school buses, metal detectors, sniffer dogs etc. Even kindergartners will be expelled from school just by playing cop and thief or by using a 1 cm big plastic toy gun or drawing a gun on a piece of paper or folding paper into a paper gun. A student can be expelled for having one single ibuprofen pain killer pill. The students, even before their teens, will be handcuffed, thrown into a police car and expelled from school after one single incident without any automatic rights to defend themselves with a lawyer. They will lose their right to vote as a grown up etc. Some children cry themselves to sleep every night when they go in such schools.  If later in life they are sent to a far away war based on lies about the so called enemy, this will be accepted as impossible to protest against. UK has some similar stupid school rules about not being allowed to eat candy in the school yard etc. but I haven't heard yet about what punishments they have. I also don't know how many these schools are at the moment (September 2009). If you see the price awarded video War on Kids about schools in USA you might want to vomit. At least I almost did. Imagine making every single child hate learning. Taking away any individual initiatives through drugs and punishments etc. in absurdum. One simple thing about how they eat: They have to more or less throw the food into their throats in order to "enjoy" 15 minutes of free time each lunch in a cemented school yard without any benches to sit on etc. I don't know how many of these schools there are.

A parrot like bird named the Phoenix is flying around in a funny way in the Harry Potter films. Ever checked children's programs, cartoons on TV? A large percentage involves magic. Harry Potter books and films, just to take one example, teaches us the wrong methods to defend ourselves against Satan. Harry Potter saves himself through thinking about love of parents and his dead parents love for Harry Potter and Harry Potter's love of other people he knows. But in reality satan hates first and foremost people who worship one God only. Satan loves so called shirk = worship of anything else than God alone, including worshiping prophets and/or statues. Muslims love all their prophets including Moses, Jesus and Muhammad (peace be upon them all) but Muslims are not allowed to worship them or ask them for health, prosperity, forgiveness etc. Muslims are not allowed to pray at graveyards or to have saints or worship pictures or statues. Muslims can and should ask God frequently for anything anytime almost anywhere, but then Muslims must ask directly to God and not through a medium like a statue or a picture or a prophet (peace upon all the prophets). Satan and his soldiers (mostly jinns and evil people) are very pleased with people who commit shirk in one form or another since that means that satan is accompanied by many others going to hell in the hereafter.

However the Communist ideology involves the satanic symbol the Phoenix which is reborn out of misery, catastrophes and other mayhem. The Communist ideology states that something better comes out of the ashes. Phoenix is just another form of satan. The Hegelian "satanosophy" Thesis, Antithesis and Synthesis is just another form of the Phoenix scam. Something good (Thesis) is destroyed (Anti Thesis) and out of the two comes a mixture (Synthesis) which forms a new Thesis, that must be destroyed and so on, forever. Or in other words you cannot build up something good during Communism and expect to keep it. So don't be surprised that even USA have politicians that want to destroy what people have built up during now centuries in USA. 
• My heart bleeds for those who don't believe in one God only. How will they endure all these sufferings caused by a single small group of arrogant people who think they stand above everyone else? In other words both sides are cheated by the same Illuminati powers. Not only those who are hit by DU but also those who use it are worth nothing to the Eugenics infested Illuminati "Elite". Playing out both sides against each other meaning that very few really knows why people fight each other. Only a few knows that it is a question of depopulation so that Illuminati can control the remaining horrified survivors on both sides. If only Illuminati knew what will happen to them in the hereafter if they don't stop, regret, repent and become forgiven by their victims and their creator.

• Personally I think Islam is the only remedy, but that is my personal opinion. I only share it with 1.2 billion or so other Muslims. Quite simply because Islam is built on truth only and want to keep everything good in society. Destruction of good is of course forbidden in Islam. In other words the opposite of Communism. If you think other religions also have good in them, yes I believe so, but only Islam is accepted by our Creator. Check out the link to Scientific Proofs for that the Quran is true. The Quran is valid for all mankind not just Muslims. If the Quran is true and if the Quran states that other religions are not accepted, then make your own conclusion.
• Reduced global population down to perhaps 100 million or 1 billion from now around 7 billion. Plenty of people in high places including within the Bilderberger group have officially declared such twisted views. Personally I believe the coming H1N1 vaccinations are an important method. Especially by the use of Squalene in the H1N1 so called "voluntary" vaccinations. They are hopefully voluntary but perhaps only in the beginning. After a few days if you don't comply, they might change to inform you about the punishments for not taking the vaccination. If you then not take the shot(s), they might fetch you. So if a couple of 100,000 or a couple of million in each country refuse WHO and their minions are in trouble to catch all who refuse.

• Another example of what is happening in real reality right now: Look up a coming US food trace bill HR2749 that gives up to 10 years of prison to any farmer that does not have perfect records about where his food came from and to whom it is sold. Or any other person or company that produces, manufactures, sells, transports or stores food in the US. Plus up to 100,000 US$ fine for each violation. Plus confiscating the farm land for the farmers or restaurant or shop if not directly so indirectly since most farms, shops and restaurants are heavily mortgaged. Imagine the health of a person who has lost everything and spends 10 years in jail? I Hope US citizens manage to stop this bill up for voting around 20th of August. This is just one of many mad legislations that are some of them going through to become valid legislation in USA just now. • Why are proofs so obvious and why is so much available still on Internet?. (written first time on 14th of September 2009 and adjusted 7 November 2009). Well one reason could be that honest people are traced. Who are they and what do they do. Which contacts do they have? When people act out of panic they contact many others, they search for information. When they are full of stress their normal defense, immunity and rational thinking is lower in general. But some react the other way. Get stronger. Feel stronger and suddenly starts to think what is the meaning of life. What can we do to help? What can we do to protect ourselves? Realize that if you are a Muslim believing in one single God and wanting to spread Islam, we quite simply might have a chance to become martyrs, which must be on the top of the wish list of every Muslim, young or old.  This life is very short. The hereafter is forever. We must prepare for the hereafter in this life, even if it is with only small good deeds. Sahih hadith Muslim 4:2295: "Amazing is the believer: There is no decree that Allah writes for him, but is better for him. If an affliction strikes him, he is patient and this is better for him. If a bounty is granted to him, he is thankful and this is better for him. This trait is only for the faithful believer." There will however come a time when we cannot spread information about NWO any longer. Perhaps that time has already come, at least in part. If we reveal too much about NWO might become much more evil and we might be destroyed. An example from so called hadith: "There will be afflictions (in the near future) during which a sitting person will be better than a standing one, and the standing one will be better than the walking one, and the walking one will be better than the running one, and whoever will expose himself to these afflictions, they will destroy him. So whoever can find a place of protection or refuge from them, should take shelter in it." (Bukhari, Volume No: 9, Book No: 88, No: 202). If you want to do something important in these shaky times, do Istikhara if you are a Muslim. If you are not a Muslim ask your one single creator for advice.

• This is really too big for me as a private person without Islamic scholar knowledge and thrown into this crisis without as I feel enough time to prepare but I will try to set up a few points. So I could also believe in "Good Order". After that things became easier especially after reading so called "Hadith". Different people have different ways of reaching a belief in one single God. It could be from emotions after reading a translated interpretation of the Quran like Ibn Kathirs Tafsir. Or it could be because of scientific and mathematical proofs
• Try to get away from an area that is punished by our creator because of not obeying our creator. Muslims and Christians will automatically be classified as terrorists because of our belief in the return of prophet Eesa (= Jesus) peace be upon him.

• Dr Rauni Kilde about the Swine Flu Scandal. Change of regional legislation to avoid forced vaccinations. She points to the fact that WHO changed the definition of "pandemic" in 2009 to include also not dangerous diseases. If countries, states changes the local legislation to exclude non-dangerous diseases from "pandemic" diseases, countries don't have to force vaccinate any longer. WHO has power to force vaccinations in at least 193 countries world wide that have signed the treaty in around 1997 to 1998 but only if a disease is "pandemic". WHO changed the definition of "pandemic" in 2009. She also points to the fact that the Bilderberger group in May 2009 in "Hellas" (Greece?) almost split in 2 since not everyone wants to kill 2/3 or more of the world population like Mr. Kissinger does. If disease spreads through vaccinations and is blamed on virus mutations etc. this advice might however be less efficient

• Reduce stress by taking long walks! The body manufactures endorphines that is the body's own morphine, perfectly legal. It calms us down and is good for us. 
• Another way to reduce stress is to help others, even non-Muslims with just about anything legal. Why not help orphans, elderly and sick? At least after having helped our nearest and dearest.

• If you live in USA you must realize that they probably will create some confusion around possessing guns before the mass vaccinations. It could be some kind of faked terror attack with paid actors who pretend to want to uphold the constitution especially the right to own guns for self protection. However the actors probably attack something or other that Americans love. So authorities rule that guns hereafter must be taken away from the population. This is just my guess. I sincerely hope it does not happen. The basis for my guess is that guns must be taken away from the population before mass vaccinations and that there were some exercises for a long time on the Potomac river with the coast-guard and guns involved. If this is true or not I don't know.  There are supposed to have been emergency exercises just before 9/11 and 7/7 with identical plans as the so called terror attacks. I haven't had time to search for links just yet. Just a guess. I am just trying to help, so that you can prepare if you are enough paranoid.
  
• If you are a Muslim do Istikhara about every important decision. Istikhara is explained in other places on this web page. The most important is to consult experts even after the prayer and not rely on hard to interpret dreams.
• Eat and live healthy! One of the simpler methods ordinary people can do to protect themselves against much of the evil is to see to that their food and water intake is of best quality according to their means. If we continue to blindly accept processed food, contaminated with pesticides and poisonous common additives, using fluoridated toothpaste, taking by free choice all kinds of vaccinations that contain among other toxins Mercury in the thimerosal  additive and cook all our food, drink much soft drinks, eat fast junk food etc. we are most probably going to think and act worse than sheep.
